AZ Pro Seller Inspections

Smart buyers are going to get a home inspection after you’ve accepted their offer.  AZ Pro Seller Inspections reduce surprises by alerting you to conditions likely to be discovered during a buyer’s inspection.

Your buyer may request repairs or want to renegotiate their offer, and you could be left to make quick decisions or be forced to make expensive, hasty repairs.  A seller inspection before offering your home to buyers can allow you time to make minor repairs, get reasonable repair quotes, or price your home right based on its true condition.  It can also help with full disclosure and showing buyers that you’re operating in good faith.

Don’t be at the mercy of tight repair timelines or renegotiations based on surprises reported in a buyer’s inspection.  AZ Pro Seller Inspections should be completed before listing a home for sale.
